survival guide for year 9

OK the best thing you could ever at year 9 is always have your dairy.The teachers need your dairy to give you commendations and if you need to go to the library or to go tiolet you will need these to go there.It is also used to for you yo set goals for the week and stuff like homework and learning objectives in class.Never be late to school.If you are you must go to the virtual forest to get a late slip.The teachers will not let you In class without it if you are late.

Also you will not need all your books for the first week.just maybe take a refill and some pens.Now at the beginning of term they will give a piece of paper that will most likely be your timetable. DON'T LOOSE THAT PAPER.This paper tells you what you are doing through the week.once you have it down and you don't need it then you can do what ever with it.You will be assigned a whanau at school.in these groups you will be put in a class different to your original class.make many friend in this class or tutor as they call it.Make friends here you may not know how this will help you.

In your actual class do your best on all subjects and try your hardest.This will help you in year 10.Make many friends in class.They will help you if you are stuck on a question or talk to you in break.There isn't really much else other then appeal to the teachers good side and wear your uniform properly.If you get most of these nailed then you will make it through school easy.

 Dear Miss Davies

I thank you for being my tutor teacher for this year.You have always been nice to me and always try to make me pull out my dairy which is a big help with the new school rules where you always have to have your dairy.Telling me to set my goals was a good reminder for me to strive to do my best.

I think you have made being in auaha a good and fun learning experience.I only hope that next year will even come close to the joy and experience gained.next year will be very different but my tutor will stay the same and for that I am grateful.

I look forward to the future and loving the moment I am in now so thank you Miss Davies.I know you not my tutor teacher now but those 3 terms were a blast.

Guy Fawkes

Guy Fawkes is about a person who was born in 13 April 1570 and died in 31 January 1606,he was also know as Guido Fawkes.Guy was born in York and his father died when he was around 8 years old.Guy was then later introduced to Robert Catebsy who plotted the assassination of king James the first.Guy was to place gun powder underneath the house of lords,but from an anonymous letter they found guy guarding the gun powder.Over the next few days he was integrated and tortured.They eventual got him to talk.This day is remembered for the failure attempt of Guy Fawkes which has been celebrated in England since 5 November 1605. His effigy is often burned on a bonfire, commonly accompanied by a fireworks display.


The most common way that people celebrate Guy Fawkes is with fire works.Fire works are used for celebrations and have many different forms.For example there is the sparklers that make no sound but look colorful.then there are roman candles which shot little colorful things out but make no sound.Then there are the ones u put on the ground which shot up into the sky and and very bright and very loud.general anyone can celebrate Guy Fawkes but if you don't like loud noises you probably wont like it.

Hi miss i did the home work. didn't know how to save the picture tried to share it on face book but it closed out of it and I lost my score.it was 730 rice 4 out of 5 the level and best was 5 levels.my mother was watching this so any questions just ask her.

my school hoildays

In the holidays I went and stayed the night over at Ajays house. Scott and Mitchel also came over and Scott also brought his Xbox 360.When I got there at about 1 pm Scott was there but Mitchel so we just sat down and played some halo 3.That was fun for a while but after a few games it just started to get boring. After that we all sat down and Ajays mum had made us dinner. She quickly assured us that the food wasn't spicy which made us more hesitant. Eventually stopped crying and just had some. It was really good but it was a little spicy. Next we went to botany downs extreme where I played mostly guitar hero and everyone else was playing racing games. After when we were bored we decided to win some tickets. I think all up we got about 800 tickets. After extreme we all went to Ajays to play some halo again and we all said to pull and all night-er but Scott K.O-ed at about 3 am and Ajay fell asleep at about 6:30 and I had about 15 minutes sleep at 8:am so none of us really did pulled it off but it was still fun. When ajays mum dropped us off we said our byes and went home.

Connors what would i change about school

I would improve the schools image by doing by doing the following:

 I would get rid of that creek that sits out side of Auaha.it is very unattractive and it just looks really bad when you are walking past it. Think this will help the schools image just that tiny but to help us look ours best. I would also fix all the doors in the school so that the doors that are supposed to open by themselves actual do open by themselves.

I would improve the school academically by doing the following:

I would also change the options so if you did not want to participate in these options or not happy with your choice you can move to a different class but this can only happen once if you don't like the second class you will have to go back to the original class. I think these will help teach learners that they have the freedom to choose their options but still have limitations.

I would improve the school physically by doing the following:

I would allow usage of P.E gear in breaks so people won’t be stuck around doing nothing and will have a chance to move around if they want. I think this will help kids like me to become more active. I would also allow full use of the AstroTurf as long as they supervised by a teacher. These will help learners to become better at a sport they rarely try or they can just stick with their old favourites and have fun.

The Internet

I believe the internet is not a very safe place for you and your computer. But it is also a place of vast information where you can find out new things. There are many different things that can harm you and your computer. There are some sites that can give false information, viruses, information on how to do something that are dangerous and creepy people trying to access what you have been on.

There are sites like www.youtube.com which are very useful at some points but can also have highly inappropriate things on it. Just depends on how you use it. There are also sites like Facebook a social network made for people to talk and post thoughts and feelings. They can still very bad outcomes like if you reveal a secret on face book there is really no way to get rid of that post. It’s all in how you use it.

But can be a place for information like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page it has information on almost everything and there are many more sites like this. There are also sites that have games to play and have a strong educational value. It all depends how you can use these sites.

There are many different sites with many different purposes but if you have a full developed fire wall and stick to the sites you know you shouldn't have to much trouble but it is like anywhere. You are never fully safe but if you take the necessary precautions you shall be fine.

Review 1.the movie Priest

Priest is an excellent movie about a group of people who used to kill vampires as a profession. After the war between the humans and vampires the priest became normal people and lived among everyone else .When the vampires take the main character niece he asks the church if they can restore his what he was born to do but the church says no and to go against the church is to go against god. Still very keen to get his niece he goes back against the church to find heron his way to find her he finds his nieces boyfriend who is good with a gun and insist on going along with him. The church sends the other priest after him and is killed by a half vampire half priest. This is a basic story line with a lot of action 4/5 stars

Review 2.the game lord of Arcana

In this game you are a warrior trying to obtain the power of the arcane. You must slay an array of monsters and gain new armour weapons and ability’s. There are 5 different types of weapons such as the axe and gun-lance. The more monsters you kill the more amour and weapons you get. But the further you go into the game the creatures become more powerful and it is your mission to take them down. Every time you take a mission to kill something it will usually take about 15 to 20 minutes so if you bored and need to kill time this game will do it for you or you will never pick up the game again. Each time you complete a quest you must fight a bosses that gets harder and harder and each boss is different and excels at different things. Each time you fight a creature you, your magic and your weapons levels up and gains experience. Every few levels or so these things will gain new ability's and different ways to use these things that you have levelled up Its an action/adventure game and I have really got into it. This is a game probably most people won’t like but I think it’s very good .4/5 stars
